Grace Lutheran Church will present a one-day community event for young and
old alike.
Titled Old-Fashioned Country Fest, the five-hour event on Sunday, August 24th, will
include entertainment, food, and fun. Craft projects, puppet shows, games, and stage
performances will all tie into the Old-Fashioned Country Fest theme.
“It will be the first of its kind of event,” according to Grace’s Pastor Timothy Winkel, who said, “we’re basically giving a big one-day party that’s free and open to
everyone in the community.”
Pastor Winkel noted that the event would also be a unique experience and would
offer exceptional quality family time.
Old Fashioned Country Fest runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.,
Sunday, August 20th, at Grace Lutheran
Church, 2651 Shettler Road
